How does the ordering or enquiry process for products work?
Send us your customised logo together with the desired product. Our graphic designers will then create a design proposal for you free of charge.

Which payment methods do we accept?
Due to our favourable price structure, payment is usually made in advance.
How long does the delivery take? Is delivery abroad possible?
After receipt of the prepayment invoice, the delivery time is usually approx. 5-6 weeks. If longer delivery times are required, we will inform you in advance. Delivery to other European countries is possible after consultation.
Is express delivery possible?
We offer faster delivery times for selected products. This service is subject to additional costs. Please enquire individually.
In which format should the logo be sent to WM Sport?
For the production of fan merchandise, we require your logo or motif in a scalable vector format, e.g. Corel Draw, EPS or as an open PDF.
If you do not have your logo in a vector format, you can use our cost-effective vector and illustration service.
You can send us your logo as a sticker, on a pennant, a letterhead or as a low-resolution JPG file, for example. Our trained team will create a professional vector file from it.
Contact us for a quote after you have sent us your logo or motif. Your data will be archived for at least 6 years and can be used for future productions at any time - only the regular additional production costs will be charged.Does WM Sport create the designs for my desired products?

What are ancillary costs and how are they made up?
Incidental costs include all additional costs that are necessary for the production of a product. These include, for example, the creation of a print file, a knitting card or other templates that are necessary for production.
These costs are only incurred for the first order. They do not apply to repeat orders of the same item with an identical design, as the required templates are already available.

Depending on the product type, production takes place either directly in Haltern am See or through our long-standing partners in Europe.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
The Shipping costs depend on the number of parcels and vary depending on the item and order quantity. Mugs are usually sent by courier service.
Currently the Shipping costs within Germany per unit €8.99 plus VAT.
Tip: Personal collection is also possible directly from our factory in Haltern am See by prior arrangement.
