In order to process your order quickly and smoothly, please note the following information:

  • Your complete Address

  • One Telephone number for queries

2. print approval and sample

  • With Pennants you will receive a free sample before the start of productionto authorise printing.

  • With all other products we create so-called Proofs or Proofswhich confirmed in writing before production can start.

3. file formats

Please supply your motif in one of the following formats:

  • Corel Draw (up to version X4)

  • EPS

  • Open PDF

  • SVG

  • AI (PC compatible only)

  • Alternative: high-resolution JPG or TIFF (at least 300 DPI)

💡 Important:
Files from Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar Office programmes cause considerable additional work in graphics processing. In this case we charge Additional coststhat exceed the regular ancillary costs.

4. fonts & colours

  • Please convert all fonts to paths/curvesor attach the fonts used.

  • Enter Colour values in HKS or Pantone to.

❗ Note: If no colour specifications are given, we produce according to our own assessment. In this case Complaints excluded.
