For pennants we create a pattern before production and send it to you for free, so you can give us your production acceptence. For all other products you get an "proof" that you have to accept by letter.

Necessary formats: Corel Draw until version x4, EPS, open PDF, SVG, .AI (only PC compatible) alternative high-definition JPG or TIFF with min 300 DPI.

For Word-, Excel, Power Point-Files (or similar software) there are additional costs for graphics  processing. This costs will billed to you - additional to shown extra fees.

Please convert all text to paths/curves (or attach it in your mail) and name all colors in HKS- or Pantone-Values.

If you can not deliver exact color informations, we will estimate. You are not able to register a complaint in this case.
