Extra fees refer to the whole order and only billed for your first order. If you place a second order with the same logo extra fees will not billed again.
Delivery time is approx. 4 Weeks after your order, express delivery possible. Please request explicit for express delivery.
Necessary formats: Corel Draw until version x4, EPS, open PDF, SVG, .AI (only PC compatible) alternative high-definition JPG or TIFF with min 300 DPI.
For Word-, Excel, Power Point-Files (or similar software) there are additional costs for graphics processing. This costs will billed to you - additional to shown extra fees.
Please convert all text to paths/curves (or attach it in your mail) and name all colors in HKS- or Pantone-Values.
If you can not deliver exact color informations, we will estimate. You are not able to register a complaint in this case.
